1. The Personality Development camp would be held for 3 days from 14th to 16th May 2016 , at Smt.Javerben Popatlal Premji Arogyadham, Plot No 147-A & 148-A, New Tungarli Road, Next to Biji’s Hotel, Lonavala (W), Pin: 401401.
2. Organisers reserves right to change date , time and structure of the camp without prior notification.
3. The Contribution of this workshop is Rs. 1000/- per participant.
4. The workshop fees include stay, food, training and workshop material cost only and does not include travelling.
5. Participants will have to report to the venue at 8.30 am on 14th May,2016.
6. Participants need to arrange for their own transport to and from Lonavala, Organiser are not responsible for the Transportation.
7. During the workshop, students will not be allowed to go out of Arogyadham for any reason.
8. All 3 days only Jain food will be served.
9. Participants need to carry their Medicine ( if any) advised by doctors.
10. Participants are advised not to carry any valuables during this workshop. Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
11. Decent clothing is expected from the participant. Sleeveless, shorts, pajamas, balmudass,boxers,ganjis, 3/4th jeans are strictly not allowed.
12. Participants are expected to maintain correct decorum during the workshop. In case of a participant misbehaves, he/she will be asked to leave the workshop immediately.
13. Management and organisers of the K.V.O Sthanakwasi Mahajan will ensure due care of the participant however if case of any unforeseen events management will not be responsible for any kind of loss whatsoever it may be.
14. On cancellation no refund will be given under any circumstances.
15. Whatsapp Group would be created for the participants to communicate with each other, All further instructions regarding the camp would be given on whatsapp group and to your registered email id, Parents and Guardians are expected to provide whatsapp number correctly in the registration form.
16. For payment, Participants are expected to pay the fees of Rs. 1000/- in KVO Sthanakwasi Jain Mahajan Office at Chinchpokli during office hours, Online Payment through NET Banking is available. To avail the facility Participant is required to first make a payment in Bank and then provide the UTR number while filling the online form for further verification.

19. Kindly Note that any Damage to any tangible/intangible property/properties of the venue by the participant for whatsoever reason will be levied on the Parent/Guardian of the Participant, failing which appropriate action would be taken by the institution.
