Block Cancellation Charges: Full rent will be deducted on cancellation before 7 days from the date of booking + 18% GST, 75% rent will be deducted on cancellation inside 15 days from the date of booking + 18% GST and 50% rent will be deducted on cancellation before 15 days from the date of booking + 18% GST
At the time of booking you have to transfer only deposit amount.
