• This application will be confirmed based on availability; kindly note that there will be draw in case of excess application received for same duration.
• You need to apply one month in advance to eligible for the draw. For example, booking for the month of May should be done on or before 31st March.

• Block Cancellation Charges: Full rent will be deducted on cancellation before 7 days from the date of booking + 18% GST, 75% rent will be deducted on cancellation inside 15 days from the date of booking + 18% GST and 50% rent will be deducted on cancellation before 15 days from the date of booking + 18% GST
• At the time of booking you have to transfer only deposit amount.
